The default language in the game will be Chinese. Change to your language in the game settings.
To install:
LocalProfile and SystemData folders copy to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Steam\CODEX\863550\remote
steam_emu.ini copy to the Game folder

works well 🙂 the description is a bit confusing but I made it work when I put the INI file in both folders where they appear and the save files into the “system” folder within the profile. Other saves etc. left untouched.
And then voilla – chinese Hitman. Navigate to the flag icon (language), select 1st option and list to english… or whatever) – done 🙂
